30-Day Return Window
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition with all tags attached.
How to Return
- Email contact@hafimax.test with your order number and reason
- You will receive a prepaid return label by email within 24 hours
- Drop the package at any courier location
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt
Exchanges
Size or color exchanges are free within the 30-day window — initiate an exchange the same way as a return and tell us what you want instead.
